What sort of communication will they get once the music is released?

Once your DropLink campaign is setup, you will be able to login to a dashboard to view fans and engage/communicate with them via text. Additionally we will be setting up mail merge integration with popular email CRM services. You can send them updates about your upcoming releases, shows, merchandise, contests, special offers, or anything else!

Once your link starts getting traffic and fans start submitting their emails, you can export the emails. Hover over the link on your DropLink feed and click “Export fans” to download a CSV file with the email addresses. Import your list to any email marketing provider you use and start connecting with your new fans.

If they use Twitter, how will I communicate with them?

If the fan uses Twitter as a primary means of communication. As of now, the best way will be to create a Twitter DM Bot to message them or potentially convert them to using text or email to communicate with you.
